Declaration of the participants in ASMET events
[Granting of consent when registering online for events]
I agree that the technical-scientific association “ASMET“, the Austrian Society for Metallurgy and Materials (“ASMET“ in the following) uses my personal data, namely first name and surname, company/institute, address, state, and email address for the purpose of notifying me of subsequent events and subsequent activities organised by ASMET as well as by their partner associations.
Additionally, I agree that ASMET shares my personal data, namely first name and surname, title, state, and firm/organisation with the other participants of the event. I can revoke this consent at any time in writing via email to ASMET, asmet@asmet.at. I note that, in states which are not members of the EU, there may be a lower level of data protection than in the EU.
I hereby agree that photos can be published which are taken in connection with ASMET events and on which I might be seen. Photos can only be taken by ASMET accredited photographers. I agree that the photographs can be published in publications (online as well as in printed form) originating in connection with this ASMET event (e. g. information brochures or project reports) as well as on the homepage of the ASMET or the respective event itself.
I can revoke this declaration at any time in writing via email to ASMET, asmet@asmet.at. This revocation is valid for all future publications but not for material having already been published.
